Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or less before the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee. This will be charged to the patient’s credit card by the clinic.

When making a booking credit card details will need to be given to secure the booking. The credit card will only be charged in the case of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours or less of the appointment.

Coming by car?

Gordon:

If you are coming by car you have a few options for parking. There is parking along the entrance lane to our building, off the Pacific Highway. If this is full we suggest you go down Ryde Rd, turn left into Ridge St, then left again into Fitzsimmons Lane.

You can either park in the street, or we do have a few car spaces (subject to availability). You will need to use the intercom at the boom gate to contact our clinic for access. Please enter “028” and press the green bell symbol to notify Reception of your arrival. Our car spaces are directly to the left as you enter the carpark.

Coming by train?

Gordon:

We are located 800m from Gordon station, about a 10 minute walk heading north along the Pacific Highway. We recommend you cross the highway at the Gordon shops as there is no crossing further along the highway.
