What are the benefits?

Ayurvedic principles are based on treating not only one symptom but the entire person.
During menopause treatment it is essential to balance your hormones – without doing this, new symptoms will keep surfacing after each one is dealt with. This means that if, for example, you suffer from hot flushes and you treat only this you will feel some relief but then another symptom will arise. This will continue throughout the course of menopause potentially making it a difficult and emotional time for you (and your family).

Educating your partner in the experiences you are having will promote better understanding and therefore increased levels of harmony in your relationship.
I started taking your menopause preparation at the end of January. For the first week I took it every day as well as my Premia. I continued this way for two weeks. On the third week, I took your preparation and the Premia every second day. On the fourth week I took the Premia every third day and your preparation every day. I was always worried that the symptoms of menopause would return e.g. hot flushes, night sweats, irritability, headaches and a general feeling of not being myself, out of sorts, unhappy in general. I am pleased to tell you that I have none of these feelings as I haven’t taken the Premia since the end of February and have continued on your herbal preparation daily since the beginning of my visit to you. The headaches have disappeared, I have no hot flushes, no night sweats, my general inner feeling is one of calmness not of irritability, I feel happy again and relaxed, and I owe all of my general wellbeing to you and your magic powders. I must confess I was getting very concerned about myself and how I was feeling. Some days I felt so low and depressed over really nothing – but it seemed so out of my control and I would fly off the handle at nothing. You are a saviour!!!
