How Can I get a refund?

We genuinely want you to be delighted with your purchases, and we understand the importance of choosing the right items. We want to let you know that we don’t usually offer refunds for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Making a wrong decision

However, your satisfaction matters to us, so if you find that your goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrectly described
  • Different from a sample shown to you

we are happy to offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we encourage you to contact us before sending the item back.

If you need to return a product, we will gladly provide a full refund of the purchase price as long as the item is undamaged, sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned products. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Properly insuring your items is essential to ensure a smooth return process. Unfortunately, if they are lost or damaged during return shipping, we cannot issue a refund.
