Ayurvedic Full Body-Heal: Heal and Rejuvenate Your Entire System

As we know, there are different medicines available for different organs and conditions of the body. But what if there was one medicine that could treat multiple organs and conditions? In Ayurveda, and at our Yatan Centre specifically, this medicine is known as a full body-heal.

heal

A full body-heal is not a specific product or treatment, but rather a customised and fully personalised rejuvenation experience. It can be difficult to understand it as a process, which is why I’d like to break it all down for you in an easy-to-grasp way.

How Does Body-Heal Medicine Work?

Anatomy

A full body-heal is not a premade product. It requires that you visit our clinic to have your symptoms and body type (dosha) assessed so that the right medicine can then be prescribed.

But body-heal is not a single medication, but rather a rejuvenation experience comprised of a series of treatments. Furthermore:

  • It is NOT a quick fix.
  • It requires multiple treatments over the course of several weeks or even months.
  • It is NOT readily available for anyone else to use other than the person it has been prescribed for.
  • It depends largely on age, genetics, and one’s medical history.

It is actually quite similar to Ayurveda’s rejuvenation treatment known as kayakalpa— deriving from the Sanskrit kaya (bodies) and Kalpa (transmutation). It is, in essence, an experience that transmutes, changes, and rejuvenates the mind, body, and spirit, improving all systems and functions as a whole.

To achieve such benefits, however, it is pivotal to know what dosha to address, which organs are affected, and the various tolerance levels pertaining to the client.

What Does a Body-Heal Treatment Include?

The components of a full body-heal experience include multiple treatments, such as:

Herbal Medicine

Herbal Medicine

This medicine will be decocted for you by a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Its purpose is to work on the brain, growth, and sexual hormones, which are largely responsible for any kind of physical or mental decline. Such medicine will also work on the entirety of your system to help you achieve what is called an “adamantine body”. Some of the herbs that are most often used in these decoctions include Brahmi, Gotu kola, licorice root, and Shatavari.

If you are dealing with deficiencies, herbal medicine will be prepared to cater for those as well, addressing the seven elements of the body (carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, phosphorus, calcium and potassium) as well as your iron levels. Shilajit is a commonly prescribed decoction in such cases.

Yoga

Yoga

Yoga is usually prescribed as a form of therapy regardless of the conditions that may plague you, as it works on the entire system and rejuvenates it as a whole. This is achieved via yoga poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) that stimulate blood and oxygen flow to the entire body as well as each organ.

Some commonly prescribed poses include Sun Salutations, Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), Halasana (Plough pose) and Shirshasana(Headstand). Breathing exercises may include Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and Ujjayi (Victorious Breath) pranayama.

Lifestyle changes

A rejuvenating treatment would be incomplete if one were to dismiss lifestyle changes. These might include incorporating daily exercise, healthier eating habits, and more time spent in nature.

What Results Can I Expect?

A full body-heal rejuvenation programme can help you achieve the following results:

  • Greater vitality and physical strength
  • Radiant, brighter and tighter skin
  • A firmer, more toned body
  • Loss of excess weight
  • Clearer memory and improved concentration
  • Increased sexual drive
  • Increased mobility and flexibility
  • Improved digestion and bowel movements
  • Brighter eyes and improved vision
  • Improved hearing
  • Improved immunity
  • Motivation and a more positive outlook on life
  • Increased creativity, motivation and willpower
Heal and Rejuvenate

Conclusion

A rejuvenation body-heal experience should not be sought after at the last minute. Instead, it should be taken advantage of before severe symptoms begin to arise, particularly on the onset and shortly after the age of 40 when hormones begin to decline.

Look to book a rejuvenating body-heal treatment with your Ayurvedic practitioner if you notice any symptoms related to your digestion, skin, eyesight, hormones, and energy levels. You will not regret it!
