Area of Expertise
Women’s Health:
At Yatan Holistic Ayurvedic Centre, we understand that a woman’s body is unique and constantly changing. It deserves personalized, thoughtful care to address any imbalances or health concerns. Ayurveda embraces this by seeing each woman as an individual, considering physical, emotional, social, and environmental factors. This holistic view is the foundation of our customized Ayurvedic treatment plans, designed to support your health and well-being in every phase of life.
Menopause Relief:
Menopause marks the end of the reproductive cycle and often brings disruptive symptoms. At Yatan Holistic Ayurvedic Centre, we craft personalized treatment plans tailored to your diet and lifestyle. Our approach includes herbal remedies, dietary guidance, simple exercises, and breathing techniques to balance hormones and improve nutrient flow for natural relief.
Arthritis Treatment:
In Ayurveda, arthritis is seen as a buildup of waste, or ama, due to weak digestion (agni). Poor digestion leads to undigested food and toxic waste. When the colon is weak, these toxins move to the joints, causing pain and stiffness. Our approach focuses on drawing waste from the joints and guiding it back to the colon for safe removal. This natural method helps restore balance and ease discomfort, promoting long-term joint health.
Asthma Treatment:
Ayurvedic treatment for asthma is highly personalized, focusing on the gut, liver, and lungs. Surprisingly, in Ayurveda, the root of asthma isn’t in the lungs but in the digestive system. Irregular daily routines and poor eating habits can contribute considerably. Our Ayurvedic approach targets these underlying issues, providing a holistic path to better health and well-being.
Sinusitis Treatment:
Sinusitis affects many Australians and often involves both internal and external factors that block the nasal passages. At Yatan Holistic Ayurvedic Centre, Raman Das carefully assesses your symptoms and reviews your medical history to identify what triggers your sinusitis. This thorough evaluation helps us create a personalized Ayurvedic treatment plan designed to meet your specific needs and support lasting relief.
Oral Hygiene:
In Ayurveda, your dominant dosha is key to understanding your dental health. By identifying whether your dental concerns arise from Vata or Pitta imbalances, we design a customized plan to improve your oral hygiene. Our holistic approach includes the Yatan Dental Kit, specifically designed to promote lasting oral health benefits.
Weight Loss Program:
Join Yatan’s Weight Loss Program, rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom. Discover how your unique dosha affects your body’s tendency to gain weight. Our holistic approach goes beyond just shedding pounds—it enhances digestion and shifts fat storage pathways, promoting overall health and well-being.
